I WANT TO KNOW WHY THE BEGIN RECALL DATE WAS MORE THAN A MONTH AFTER THE REPORT DATE, AND WHY BRAND NEW AFX HELMETS ARE STILL BEING SOLD, FOUR YEARS AFTER THE RECALL.
